  Ethics:

My professional background is as a certified alcohol and drug counselor, in the state of California.  Our "Code of Ethics" is rooted in that of the Medical profession.  I live my life by these standards and thus administer my profession in the same manner.  It is my intention to provide more than just a product for a price.  I genuinely believe that until the phenomena of addiction is widely understood, it will continue to place the safety and serenity of our society in jeopardy.  I believe that I have the ability to communicate this knowledge in a way that makes sense to the average person, regardless of their level of education, social standing, or income bracket.  Primarily, the principle practiced is to, "first do no harm"!  No guarantees of success are either stated, implied or should be assumed.  Recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is very unpredictable, thus we make no prediction of outcome and no one can assume such.

  Warnings:

Fraudulent transactions on the internet, are prosecutable just as they are in any other business setting!  Copyrights and licenses are issued as proof of ownership.  Unauthorized downloading, reproduction or distribution of someone else's property or other type of domain, whether for profit or not, is illegal.  Credit card and bank account information is the property of the named card or account holder.  Use without permission is prosecuted and culminates into fines and/or incarceration.  Secure servers can and do trace the IP address of online transactions.  Successful prosecution of these crimes is becoming more common-place all of the time.  Delivery of a product is also the legal responsibility of vendors and intentional failure to do so is also illegal and prosecutable.
